Novel therapeutic agents discovery have become crucial because humankind is experiencing issues regarding health and the environment. The present study focusing on thrombolytic agents, which are therapeutics for cardiovascular diseases, eco-friendly, safe can be used in comparison to synthetic that associated with some side effects their production not environment friendly. main objective of research was evaluate cytotoxic potential different extracts Escherchia coli-ATCC35218. Soxhlet extraction method ethanol from cells. Crude protein extracted cell mass buffer. isoprenoid quinone polar lipids were by using petroleum ether methanol chloroform as solvent. In another method, prepared well n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate water serial extraction. These organic aqueous E. coli dried, weighed, dissolved DMSO tested hemolytic potential.
